Simple, Easy, Gluten Free Dinner

There is nothing easier than a three ingredient recipe. Combined with rice and a green vegetable, this is a meal. I make this sauce and add Amy's All Natural Chicken Jalepeno-Cranberry meatballs from Costco,
they are already cooked, and are gluten free. You can make your own meatballs, or buy them at Trader Joes-Sams-Costco and go from there.

Add one bottle Heinz Chili Sauce and 1 cup jam to the pan with 2 cloves of garlic. Heat to just boiling,then reduce heat to low and warm meatballs inside sauce. Serve over steamed rice.

I made confetti rice
by boiling chicken broth instead of water, with chopped sweet bell peppers, craisins, garlic and added toasted pine nuts to the finished product.

For those of you who are always looking for a quick and tasty meal that can be prepped and made in about 15 minutes, this is it. Adapt to your own taste, but having these meatballs on hand can be a real bonus.
