The Gluten Free Shabbat Challah becomes Gluten Free Scone

Yeah, it was all good in theory... Gluten Free challah for Shabbat. Sadly, my all day baking session ended in failure. the Challah turned out like a large braided scone. It was tasty and great flavor wise,
but was crumbly and nubby with nice scone like texture. I am not one to give up easily so for now, creating the perfect gluten free challah is a work in progress.
